Command Central

Final
On the Colony we pride ourselves on keeping things more or less under control.  Charged with this is our Command Central, the governing body of the colony.  It currently consists of a dozen elected members, chaired by the Mayor.  They serve for life, unless the Colony as a whole decides there is someone smarter, better looking or charismatic around to take their place.

Their perks include double ration of water, first choice of bunk, and immunity to all civil and misdemeanor laws.
